I think he's just being spiteful that AnthraX won't give him source code to ACE, but surely a coding genius such as The_cowboy could be able to make a better one.
Kind of reminds me of the Hyper-X vs TimTim thing in terms of pettiness.
It's not an aimbot it's a trigger bot, you still have to aim but as soon as you are lined up with an enemy the cheat fires for you, that's why you can see him sweeping his xhair past his the enemies rather than stopping on them and shooting.
You can easily make it them to turn on or off we a keypress, they are nothing more than a script or application like anything else you use on a computer.

The other active cheater is using a bad aim assist(not sbt, an Italian player), and that was very blatant when he was locking onto those xmas pickups if they were the same colour as the enemy team which was pretty funny.
