Not sure if this is the same bug but there is an old one that some called a skin hook whereby you could assign certain textures from the game to your player's skin. Most of the textures won't work online but a few will.
Either way, I can't allow these on the server because players can't tell what team you are on so it becomes an unfair advantage. Usually, players will yell at / kick the player and he or she will correct it but if they continue using it I have to start in with warning bans etc.
