What happenend on this match?

Guys, we were playing crates in blue team and I managed to assist the cap to Jayce, having the game saying "taking the lead" and literally 1s after (or less), the other team scores and I hear "lost the lead" I've reviewed the demo file but I cannot still understand what happened.

Me and Jimmy wrote in the chat clearly confused.. (From what I see Jimmy was the one capping to red team)

I thought i would watch this and be able to explain it away with a cherry picked boost but that was way to fast.

Happened before I joined so no idea. Pretty weird though. Like you the only thing I can think of is a super lucky combo boost or a glitch 🙁

View of Annoying/Jayce and Jimmy, few things looking odd, the flag is detaching from annoying(may just be a demo visual bug), and Jayce picks the flag up on her flag base without the flag being there and gets a cap, I wonder if it's a rare bug with the changes to the flag in 469 that allows you to cap when the flag is returned instead of having to walk away from the flag and the touch it again to trigger a cap.

Buggie: Yea. we already fix that one. Still not on latest test build IIRC.

I'm trying to recall that moment, i remember the flag wasn't in base but because of my cap, i'd thought it had returned.
The cap of the other team was idd very soon after.

Only thing I can think of that could be that fast would be if someone spun up for a bounce and got primary double boosted diagonal flag to flag. It seemed to fast for even that to me a server side demo would probably explain it. If Robert Stack is still alive maybe he can investigate this Unsolved Mystery.
