If you do, this rule applies to people on your own team that either continuously shoot their own teammate off of ledges and/or into enemy fire or even impede their own flag carrier's progress repeatedly trying to stop them from capturing the flag.
Although there is a separate explicit rule for no idling, idling can also be considered a form of team sabotage. Some players will decide they don't like the map (or some other reason) and want it to end faster so they idle and each time the idle timer is going to kick them they move to stop the timer and continue to idle. If the player is strong enough this ruins the balance for the game giving their own team no chance to win and the opposite team no challenge, both of these make the game pointless to play.
I currently do not have rules against spawn killing I tried various spawn protections when I first started the server but they became annoying. I understand how the game gets on these small maps with lots of players camping spawn with combos but the problem is some players actually enjoy this. This ridiculous mayhem that happens when a full server crowds a tiny map and no one can hardly do anything is popular - it was popular 15 years ago and it still is today. The hope is that some of these players will stick around to play when the real CTF maps are chosen.
