player_0 I know how it sounds and I know that it is my fault. I really know that on your side it’s hard to believe but I really regret this. I should denied the access to my laptop but I did not. I really hope for one chance because I’m playing here almost 2 years and It’s really fun to play in such a great community.

                        Honestly, as farfetched as your story sounds it might be true. Looking at game logs from game stats, Arsch played that day using a bot, he also used a VPN to login from America and the Netherlands. Then a couple hours later Bartek logged in and was playing like he normally does, except on 2v2OvalTech where he got 40 kills on 76 shots. (VPN was also used in that match).

                        Idk. I mean if you were unbanned it's not like it would be the end of the world but serving a small ban would be more of the side I would lean on at least until April. Especially on a first time offense and it was your laptop being logged. A second offense I would serve out a permanent ban.

                        I mean installing cheats and a VPN to do it is sus enough for me but seeing as you're a career 10% accuracy shooter, if you were to get unbanned any jumps in accuracy is going to be called into question.

                        (Side note: This is why I like for the UTStats to be up and running. You can search players and check their accuracy from game to game.)

                            That's the point isnt it? We dont know for sure he is a 'known cheater'. Tagging a player for sus cheating isnt quite right if there is a lack of evidence who was actually playing. It might just have happened the way he wrote.

                            How do you know it a VPN was used that particular game?

                                  Jacey UTStats marks players with country flags. He was under an American and Netherlands flag while playing as Arsch>. Unless he flew between the three countries in a few hours he was more than likely using a VPN to attempt to block his IP address and avoid being IP banned.

                                  Also a player doesn't magically go from 10% accuracy to almost 70% accuracy over night. There's almost no one who can shoot 70% accuracy at an extended clip for 20 minutes, against live players and is considered a legit player. Even if you were able to do this, it's highly suspect just seeing that accuracy alone for one game. Not to mention there's video evidence of him snapping back and forth to targets which is one of the most blatant ways of cheating. It's hard to know if Bartek is Arsch or if it really was his brother on his computer. All there is to go by is the IP logged with the bot came from Barteks IP address and for that he needs to take a little responsibility. If he's banned for a bit or forever it's to the admins discretion.
