Teambalancer isn't working in your favor? Go spec, wait for someone on the winning side to disconnect and rejoin on the winning side
You seem to stop typing !teams when you get switched to the winning team, or you mistakenly forget to type !teams when your side is winning. Sad, and many such cases.
