ComboGib -- Amsterdam server has been moved

The former London 2 combo server that was moved to Amsterdam detailed in the following old thread has been moved again:

This server has been moved to updated hardware and network but is still in Amsterdam.

The IP address could not be retained so please update your favorite with the new IP:
45.59.170.57

game and query ports remain the same:
game port: 7777
query port: 7778

On the plus side of things, the new CPU has much faster single core performance so if we ever do get players there it has a much better chance of running 18+ players on newnet.

Adjusting the font with a mutator doesn't make that much sense with 469 having it's own settings to adjust the scale of GUI and in-game fonts.

Yeah, I think they increased the font within FNN. I will have to test the new FNN version at some point to see if they have scaled it back down since v469 already takes care of it.

To avoid any confusion I moved the new comments from the old London 2 thread to here since this one has the Amsterdam title and the London 2 server is long gone.
