It's a trigger bot.
There's a glitch in UT if you hold down your fire button and at the same time you click esc to bring up the menu then release the fire button and click escape again the game will auto fire for you.
That plus trigger bot = win.

It's just a persistent cheater. He has been banned 3 times now. There is no such thing as full proof security. It is a battle of time. Compare it to the lock on your door, give someone enough time and they can find a way to break it. You've watched this play out here before. Just relax and it will be taken care of. This is just a small peek behind the scenes of administering a server.

That's not a trigger bot that's just holding down fire with a bot, trigger bots only fire if you aim at something of interest.
