  • Unreal Tournament v469c - Release Candidate 3 (RC3) public released!

Thanks for your hard work. I have a resolution problem with 469c as well as with pure UT_GOTY_CD1. I put 1920x1080, but I get 1540x845 while the entire top is out of the frame and this is with any driver

Maybe it's because my desktop scale is 125% with 1920x1080 ?

    I recommend people try the updated OpenGL(not xOpenGL) driver, there is a massive improvement to responsiveness on par/greater than Direct3d9 now that it uses fullscreen now instead of windowed/borderless fullscreen.

      Nicefu Download ut99 mlut edition should be able to find it on one of the pugging sites I forget which one but google is your friend.

          Ooper i played opengl before and i like both , i just did some games with opengl and its not bad, only a bit brighter gfx then d3d9 , maybe its my monitor. For aiming its maybe better then d3d9 but for the looks i like d3d. =)

            Nicefu 1 out of 100 pprobably have this problem thats mostly how ut works , but i can't help you , Maybe like you said scale 100% and maybe change res. to 1920x1080 in ini , maybe try to check your gfx options. But from experiences with troubles in ut they are sometimes hard to fix 🙂

                ESUOH Well for this exists dev team and feedback. You can fill issue on github and hope for next patch it be solved 🙂

                    ESUOH or did you meant from the opengl ? i have fixed it with oneXblending in preferences.

                        (I need to first set d3d9 then any driver works perfectly.) I hope problem will be fixed in the future

                        jerc You can just get UT demo, and patch it with the 436 no delta patch for a full copy of UT without any added junk, then patch it with 469 afterwards.

                            Ooper You still need BPs AFAIK and you miss some textures/maps. But you can go to servers and extract stuff from cache later.

                            Almost legal way obtain game for free.

                              I stopped installing ut99 years ago. I just copy UT folder over to other drives on a regular basis. I've even run it off USB drive at work. Best thing to do is get it from GOG games when it goes on sale for like $2.99 every once in a while if you wanna pay. I bought a copy from Best Buy back when it came out but never played UT online until UT2003 but I figure any warez copy I get is legit since I already paid lol. Sorry I'm getting off topic the reason I suggested utmlut edition is already has high res skins and textures and garbage files stripped out. I was thinking it would be a good base for upgrade to the patch. Don't do as I do just say no to warez😜
