I've known him for a long time and I know that the guy is cheating ...
the name of the guest is Michał and he lives in Wrocław, he is generally cool, but he is a junk because he is cheating.
I don't understand why the admin doesn't ban him here.

what should the admin do:
just go to the spec and log in to the admin, do a few ace shotss (when he does not expect it) and you can see everything that he has turned on ...

or

just invite him to the server, where there are good anti cheats, he will not enter another server because he knows perfectly well that he will be caught.

and no, no instagib guys don't like him because he beats them, with top players he doesn't exist, even with middle guys, he's just a fucking cheat. After all, he was caught on the UK instagib server and later banned everywhere.
And if someone does not believe, he may need a visit to a psychologist or an ophthalmologist.

    Not really a hack every other version of UT has bright skins by default. I don't do it but a lot of players are tweaking this way.

      Thankfully, you didn't get more specific but still there was no reason to give someone's name and city (assuming that that info is actually valid). How is this personal information relevant to whether someone cheats or not?

      To be clear: I ban for this brightskins tweak/cheat whatever you want to call it.

            it looks like a hack to me , good that you ban for this , it wouldn't be fair , i could hit much more with such skins 🙂 nice and clean view.

            That reminds me of that Quake Live setting where all enemies are green.

              so maybe instal some mod/antycheat to block this immediately after using? ( there are few to block this and also udpate ACE if you have old version)
              or make sshots on him, because I dont belive you are doing ace sshots on him also ace does make sshots if he detects smthing on players, so maybe check the folder with ssshots of him.

              And if you are sure he is clean then maybe show people just ace shotss from him with his pov?

                what is a "hack" for you is an option that not everyone knows about or what a clean aimbot, wallhack?
                if hack is a option that you know and others not and you can use it to be better = then that hack is a cheat, im not sure ...

                if everybody knew that option and they can use it, then it is not a hack/cheat, its just a setting/option thats the difference.

                bright skins have been known and used since 2001/02 in UT, later in ut2k4 was mod for it UTcomp or smthing like that where you can set it on/off.
                For now no one has made a good mutator for this on the server side in ut99. Previously, the skin textures in the folder were replaced with those with bright skins and that was all. Now you can use other ways, still from client side but there are easy detected by ace shotss.
                The problem is not every body can use it, which makes someone have an advantage ...
                it doesn't change anything for me, it improves visibility, but you still have to hit.
                for as many years as I played with and without brights, when I compared stats, there is no need to hide, the ones with brights were better, but not always.
                The problem is that you see people in dark places, they are visible everywhere, which spoils the structure of the maps, as well as the lighting itself on the maps. It doesn't make any difference to me, because you have to hit anyway.

                      The only thing i see when i specc him is someone with very good mousecontrol and good aim , and then am not talking about a cheat , just a good player . You can't fake mousecontrol thats what i wanna say , if i see other players their mousecontrol is just a joke, and they will never get good aim like that.

                                I never meant his aim as a cheat, because he has an AIM, but he has no such target that he could hit in places where he should not see the player.
