Everything is the same and seems to be running fine on the server.
Probably an issue with your route. Post here or send me a mtr log / screenshot (email or private discussion if you don't want to post your IP/ISP publicly) from an mtr program like the free version of ping plotter or WinMTR. Run it with the destination set to the London server 139.162.235.20. If using pingplotter run it for at least 10 minutes.
If there is a problem with a node that is a provider for the server host, I can open a ticket to help resolve it. If, on the other hand, the problem node is with your provider you as their customer will need to contact them to help get it fixed. Since routes can change at any time it may also just resolve itself in time.
This gives some examples of what you might see and how the results can be interpreted in case you or anyone else is interested: https://www.pingplotter.com/fix-your-network/interpret-results.html
