I just placed an order on this bad boy the Wooting 60he.
I know it's stupid expensive but this should give me a nice unfair advantage lol
This allows me to set the actuation point for each key from 0.1 to 4.0 mm.
Dodging will be much quicker and also shooting if I set to a keyboard key.
Also you don't need any software to run this keyboard. It's all done on the web browser.

Here is a review of it.

Wow individual configurability.

I like that.

A nice toy on potentiometers. I could be wrong, but I don't think it will help you in UT. Unreal Tournament is not a Need for Speed game where you could even play on a gaming wheel that is built around a variable resistor. The more you turn the steering wheel, the more the wheels in the game also turn. Probably in UT the lightest press will have the same effect as the hardest press.

If it would be wireless, I would take one as well.

I'm looking to replace my Logitech K810 for a while now.

player_0 hmm, maybe, rather I got an idea of making a mutator (native maybe) which manipulates the speed of pawn depending on the weight with which the key is pressed. Should be interesting to see players immerse themselves to run fast with flag!

You might be able to do TurnLeft/Right LookUp/Down and co making it act like a controller, I think all of them can have partial input because when I've played UT with controllers in the past, you can turn half speed and so on.

I don't think it will help you though, when I've played against you/watched you it's like you play in slow motion, I was surprised when you said you have a high refresh rate monitor, you stand still and walk in a straight line a lot, and that's coming someone that doesn't have the best movement either.

Yah now it's even worst cause I have been playing at fov 80 and messed up my game lol.
When I go back at fov 95 it feels like playing in fish lense effect and everything moving to fast.

the_cowboy It would probably be a cool experience to do something like that. Don't be offended, but it might not be widely applicable (in my opinion). If you did something like that, only players with such a keyboard would be supporters (of course, if it would help in anything), the rest would demand the removal of this mutator.

drunken_fool It's just a momentary feeling. You have to adapt to the change. Play a few maps, for example, at fov 100, then you won't want to go back to lower fov. Then you will find that you do not see enough around you.

Actually this K810 I have it for like 8 or 10 years and its still going strong. I play almost everyday and it has easily 1 month battery and it allows me to connect up to 3 devices. Unfortunately it was discontinued by Logitech and the replacements do not have at least one of my requirements...

It has the following features that I'm looking for the next keyboard:

          • Wireless
          • Backlight
          • Small
          • multi-device connectivity (nice to have.. not mandatory)

I play from my couch on the TV this combo K810 (keyboard) + G604 (mouse) give me a very nice wireless experience that I'm happy with.

EDIT: Indeed these Keychron fit my requirements... Thanks my dood. I'll now consider one of these...

Why do all these new fancy keyboards look like 90s tech lol.

rapid trigger for me is pointless as I fail 67% of my shots ahahahah

I really don"t know why we have to shoot by clicking our mouse. You're aiming and that split of a second that you click your mouse is going to put your aim off a bit.
I was thinking to have like a drum pedal so you can use your feet lol

Unknownman Yah i couldn't find a negative review online of this keyboard.
Everyone says is the best keyboard out atm and looks cool too=)

It might help some but sbt still gonna own you on a dollar store keyboard and mouse.
