The way I answer is that I've watched a lot of his alleged cheating evidence and a lot of that evidence has also been scrutinized by other admins of other servers where nothing has been found. I just got tired of it already and started to consider every report about him as the next funny information. Although I laugh.

I only know he's been caught cheating on |uK| servers, and in the other thread several people say "he's banned pretty much everywhere but here.", so I don't understand your "nothing has been found" comment. Banning this blatant cheater is a no-brainer. The only reason you'd be defending a cheater this blatant is if you're his friend, I guess. But this is no use, you're not able to spot any cheat if you can't see this one.
Retarded logic if you ask me. He is banned somewhere else without proof is your blatant proof. He either a good player or the most undetectable cheater in UT history pick one and accept it.
