Thanks, it seems your trouble is starting at the paris ntt.net nodes. I tried from other locations that also hit different ntt.net nodes in paris but the results were just fine. It looks like they have lots of nodes in paris and I would expect this to automagically 🙂 be fixed for you at any time.
If I were you, I would run WinMTR another time and if you get the same type of results on those paris nodes with very high latency like you have shown above: I would use the Copy Text to clipboard button and send them a quick email asking them to check into it and post the mtr results text directly in the email. Here is the email address noc@gin.ntt.net For best results, keep the email as pleasant and as short as possible. They don't have to even read it since you aren't directly a customer of theirs but it might be just the alert they need to fix some problem they are having.
I ran the mtr from the server back to you but it doesn't use those paris nodes so the results are normal:

If it continues into tomorrow you might also try to find a way to send the results to your ISP who may have better luck getting ntt.net to respond or fix the bad route.
