i notice people on server sometime go faster then normal, way faster, while jumping. how do they do it?

Best if you can find an old Microsoft SideWinder gamepad it has bouncing built in.
Again if you are in a legit game, PUG or Insta only server you could end up banned.
Pretty sure it's banned in weapon pugs as well, even in some bt servers it's banned.
