X-Cellerator should not matter how many rails just copy paste..?, have you downloaded and looked at the rail i made inside your map? If you accept blend texture then its easier to make longer rails i think else i need to make new texture and UVmap it properly. (Dont know if you can texture yourself)
Anyway making longer rails is easier, i just stretch the model in 3dsMax and inside UTeditor you just scale it up until you have same diameter as shorter rails, shorter rails you can use for vertical and copy paste as much as you want,
I would surely like to see your map in the editor on my pc.
you can tell me if you have a texture you are satisfied and we can work from there.
I asked on Discord and actors have by default vertical cylindric collision shape wich you can see if you right click the viebar at the top of the perspective view and selecting actors >> Radii view, maybe you know how to add manually collision with special brush option.

why do the rails in your post have so many verticals? almost looks like a fence so many vertical cylinders. But i can add rails if you give map. Need to make angled also? And how do i know where you want rails?
