This is a screenshot I took from earlier on a game of Stalwart. Check out the grabs on red. We need a shame wall.

Well, check the stats! It seems to me teams were pretty uneven. You and the nr1 were the most grabbers on blue, the rest would be camping somewhere on mid or base. Someone typed 'teams' during the game? Looks like most players left on red, bottom 3-4 were just on the server for a few minutes. The grabbers on red left, according to the ss, blue had 12 flagkills so someone grabbed!
I guess the hall of shame would be for blue team!

(needless to say the map is the most crap i've ever seen 😛)

Okay, but i also noticed whenever i do my best grabbing the enemy flag i get the lowest score on score board.

I don't understand why people vote that stal-fart... Like if you wanna spammy map just vote crates of something like that - maps where you actually can leave spawn successfully even when somebody camps it.

Schizazoid You are right that most times when playing this map, it just descends into complete madness, mostly if there are actually 18 players on the server at the time which makes this map even more stupid.

However, it's still an interesting puzzle. You have to mash your way past loads of spawn killing, kill everyone in a tiny hallway, and some how either make it out with the flag or get it through the window (which is probably a bug that sound be fixed on this map tbh but I do enjoy this part of it).

For me, on any map where it's nothing but non stop spawn kill, I really enjoy finding ways to OVERCOME to spawn kill, it's just another puzzle for my brain to solve.

I'm pretty sure the window thing is deliberate map design, otherwise the map is just RNG based on not getting cucked by server side gibs. The map does suffer because of zp bugs though, there are more than a few spots you can stand still shoot people and be pretty much invincible to left clicks unless the enemy knows to jump up and shoot you to not get a no reg on you.

these windows from the bases are actually a bug, namely it is an obstacle, which in this case is something transparent - "glass". The same applies to opaque obstacles. For example, back walls on a woootabolous map that you can throw a flag through. Some time ago I thought that these obstacles were too thin, but now I guess not, because through some obstacles you can only throw the flag in one direction.
As a curiosity, I will add that on this Slalwart map there is another place where you can throw a flag through the "glass" 😉 but only in one direction :/ and I think it was not intended during the design.

True but if they combo you the flag could go in the wrong direction. Can anyone tell me why in UT99 I can bring up the console and type dropflag and it will drop the flag but if i bind dropflag nothing nadda zip.
