I haven't decided whether to start a Discord server yet, just not sure enough players would use it and didn't necessarily want the extra job of moderating it. I'll probably do a poll on this one day.
If you mean the old teamspeak server, it is still up last I checked and so is the mumble server. I haven't made them public for the same reasons really. I think I'm going to give up on the mumble server. I like that it is open source and not some company's walled garden but it doesn't seem as easy to use as the others so I doubt anyone would use it.
If anyone reading this would like to use the teamspeak server just let me know and I'll give you access to it. To be clear, we haven't used it in at least a year or more so you aren't missing out on anything 
I'm not a big discord fan but honestly in this day and age its the only thing worth bothering with.

Thanks for your input zcbz. I'm definitely considering discord but keep in mind the vast majority of the players on the combogib server almost certainly won't join voice while playing. I've asked a lot of players over the years when I spoke to them in emails and they just didn't seem interested. Most just want to play casually, I guess.
