jerc Yup like you I've had multiple copies of Ut99. I got a few from Ebay when my brother used to play too and since it was no install key we could share a copy for both of us. Half the time you would max out on ping and people would get really mad if you killed them while they were shooting your after image while your connection was trying to catch up to the server. Running flags was the easiest thing because you would skip all the time when you took off the jump pad overhead. This area didn't even have cable or dsl until 2007 and being able to shoot people in one shot was a game changer. I remember trying Tubby's Insta server (they used to run fatman mod), Tammy's, and the 44oz turbo gib. I stuck with the latter.
