totallynotcheating has a hell of an aim, cant deny that. If you go spec him one can clearly see he KNOWS how to properly play in a high advance level. Being among mostly noobs (like me) he is just target practicing an annoying them 😉
Go Spec him and try to learn from him instead accusing right away he is a cheater. I'm dead sure majority of Combo Players would cry if they had played on the Old Igib servers 15 years or so ago. Remove the Combo and the Translocator tricks and most of those there cant hit sh*t. When they get someone that has amazing Aim and very knowledgeable way the game is played they get owned. So instead of crying go learn from them,. See how they positioned themselves on the field and where they know you will be or fall or show up. That's years of practice and not something you learn by Combo Spamming or Flying around 😉
Or just join the server and play knowing there are people much much better than you and it's totally fine, no one gets hurt or dies if you lose by 7-0 in 30 seconds or if you get owned 20-30 times in a row or cant even respawn for half the match. It's a game to pass time. nothing more 🙂
