He will get very little if anything at all, his main feature of the videos is the music, and they will get copyright rights and take pretty much everything unfortunately.
I was unlucky, I got ~ 500 000 views in 28 days for my gran turismo videos a few months back, which could of been a few £1000 but as I also didn't have 1000 subscribers at the time it was £0, this was unplanned as I was just messing around and randomly got loads of views out of nowhere.
