uxx files are just the normal files with extension changed pretty much, if you look in Cache.ini you will see a list of ids=filename search for the map name to find the ID, then just rename the .uxx file to mapname.unr and place into Maps folder.
Or you could use one of the many cache converters that are about so you can play every map offline.
