Yes, people can still cheat in this game and video clearly shows. Hopefully this doesn't discourage noobs from playing the game. Cheaters like this are very rare, if you want to know who is cheating, be sure to consult with good players first before making accusations. Cheaters are very easy to spot by pro players, but also noobs need to stop accusing every good player on that server as a cheater, because they are wrong.
If you attempt to install cheats on your UT, be ready for consequences and permanent bans.
