He only got 886 kills in 20 minutes, people do that all the time

Was spectating him on the Egypt map, dude ended up with 90% eff and would basically "snap" to targets.

Thanks everyone, ban in place. For anyone who is playing at the moment, I will need to restart the server at the end of the next map to activate the ban but it will be back up within a minute.
