I think he needs a lesson

can you do something about him it's just annoying
in almost every game he loses he goes out or in spec, if someone is missing from the winning team, he comes back
if he then rejoins the losing team, he goes out again.

      this is too harsh.... sometimes I need to do urgent stuff and I go spec for like a minute and then I jump back into the game..

          Or when i see a really skilled player joins a team with multiple caps creating uneven teams, i'll join 'losing' team.

            This guy also team sabotages a lot combo boosting teammates and stops playing when his team is losing.

            of course you have to go into spec sometimes, but not 3 times within a minute like this guy
