atezris Thats not playstyle, its griefing which ruins the game for those of us, who are trying to play iCTF on a iCTF server. But yeah, i can see your pov: you want to reserve the same privilege for yourself - sitting in a corner spamming spawn just cus NUMBER GO BIG.
Itās pathetic that players like you are apparently the ones whose opinions set the direction. Cheaters are extremely easy to spot. The fact that you call these players āmonstersā and cheaters already says everything that needs to be said. Playing against these so-called āmonstersā is exactly how you improve - if you actually want to. But since that doesnāt seem to be an option for you, youād rather see the whole server turned into a kidsā sandbox where mediocre players just fling shit around.
Instagib has always been that dreaded āaimfest.ā Yet somehow, even in 2026, there are still people in the community who donāt want to play an aim-based mode. Instead, theyād rather see the whole thing ruined in one way or another than actually learn how to play. Which raises the question: what the hell are you even doing here? Should we maybe dumb the mode down a bit so people with zero aim can finally keep up? Would that make it better?
We could, for example, make player models nearly invisible. Then theyād be even harder to hit, and these āmonstersā wouldnāt have such an āunfair advantageā - also known as aim.
Oh wait, we already basically have near-invisible skins⦠even though brightskins are a thing. And this same shit goes on decede after decade.
What does it say about the playerbase when you prefer griefing pricks over so called "monsters" - players who have actually become good in this gametype?
