Try cleaning you cache if not you might need to reinstall.

Try deleting everything in your UT's Cache folder, might just be a corrupted download file like a 0 bytes file. You don't need to reinstall UT.
Oops, I think this one is my fault. I recently put a compressed file on the redirect which is bigger when compressed than it is originally. Many more details in this thread:

I don't know if there is a proper solution yet but I just deleted the file from the redirect so everyone that connects will just download it from the game server instead.
Can you try and connect again now ver2ux and tell us if it is fixed?
I've seen this before his pornhub cache has grown to large.
