400dpi stuttering

When i set my dpi to 400 and the mousespeed is to high it stutters , like ut can't run that properly , i think thats probably pixeljumping but weird that he has that so fast. Any fixes for? or anyone can give me an explanation ? , thanks.

Can't say I know much about this. I use a cheap mouse that claims to have 1000dpi but I don't actually believe it is true.

I turn off mouse acceleration in the operating system (not completely sure it has an effect anyway) and have the UT mouse sensitivity set to 2.5. I came to this sensitivity setting years back mainly because it allowed me to turn 540 degrees when using the full width of my old standard size mouse pad (at fov 106.26). I also have mouse smoothing disabled in UT. I used these same settings on v436 and now v469b without any difference.

Others here have more knowledge of the various settings than I do. Add some specifics and you might get more answers. What mouse settings are you using both for the operating system and UT and which UT version are you currently using?

Edit: What resolution is your monitor? I'm using 2560x1440 for UT.

snowguy 1920x1080 and it starts from mousensens 3.00 in ut on 400dpi , Probably im the only one playing in 400dpi lol.
Its not that important anymore , i lowered it to 2.7 . And i play most in 800dpi where i got no problems 🙂

Ooper yea pixelskipping it is i think . From a certain mousesens he start to act weird in ut , You could test it out 🙂 400DPI and from 3 mousesens in ut it starts to run shit .

ESUOH There are two mouse settings in User.ini called mouse yaxis and mouse xaxis that are normally 6.0, change them to 1.0. I play with them at 1.0 and mouse sens in game at 1.0 and change mouse speed via my mouse's dpi.

never messed with 400dpi but never had an issue with 800/1000/1600.

That's the same mouse I use to use. May I make a recommendation?
Logitech G pro. Not the new G pro X superlight...I find it to light compared to the previous model.
Get the older model and you will never look back. You can find those for under 100$ atm.

I have Genius GX-Gaming Maurus. Its programmable and I set it to 1000 hz 1800 DPI.

But I tweaked it a bit. Reduced his weight (he has a weighting agent inside, I removed it 😀 )

Oh, and my UT sens is 1.20

Nicefu i never had a genius mouse ,, but i tried some cheaper mouses and afterall , i just try to have a good sensor , thats the most important. i checked your sensor and its a Avago ADNS3090 , not bad but not as good as the pmw etc my thought 🙂
Lower dpi is better in my opinion , i play most of the time 800.

ive used the gpx superlight for 2 years, solid mouse but i was never fan of the shape, used to have the zowie fk2 way back it was a good mouse, the viper has a very similar shape and it feels good to me, also the new sensor on razer is very accurate.

kaguya i have the deathadder v2 pro , and i think thats the Focus+ sensor , its very accurate , but i don't know why i still use the logitech , its accurate too i guess 🙂
