None of us that played the nearly 2 hours really did win:
Red would of won nearly 2 hours ago if they didn't team kill sus so many times when he was about to cap for them

I'd be surprised if it is a record, me and mad_max didn't even grab the whole time, I only averaged ~ 2 grabs a minute it just went on that long those numbers happened. Effibrie had 94 different killing sprees that game lol.

Grabbing the flag is counted every time you pick it up. I.e. that for example in 10 sec I can have 10 or more grabs by picking it up and throwing it, using grapple and picking it up again, and so on, until someone kills me. I hope that a new mode in the UT game will start soon. Namely Grab'n'Throw The Flag Challenge.
Overall, great frags result, together with effibrie, even for 1h and 47m
Player_0 , if you are right im officialy crazy , but Pick ups are never seen as a grab . Even the 1st grab has to be longer then for ex. 1sec or its not a grab .

player_0 now i know what some guy was doing at our base, he kept grabbing the flag and throwing it like 10 times for 10 seconds. It loooked funny like he got a seizure.

I guess it wasn't because of the amount of grabs. It's possible it was a joystick problem. Characters often behave this way when you don't clean the microsticks

All bots accuracy and alertness set to 100%, Godlike, instagib, with smart stock bots wasn't a fun experience lol

Covid_A_Swab It was probably from feigning death very quickly to drop the flag. I think this version of UT is the only one you cant bind Drop Flag so personally I use feign with double jump to drop quicker but sometimes i get stuck in feign. Grapple shot at your feet to drop the flag works also short grapple shots could look like a seizure.

Not to whine but i'm just curious what makes player "soundlesss" have a higher score here? i capped 6 out of 7 flags.
It seems certain actions get alot more points but i have no idea wich, also like to know what those deffkills and covers and other actions mean.
seems i do alot better in close corner maps, actually think i should get bonus points for capping the most
Well, he has more frags than you. Also he has more covers, defkills, flagkills - all of which by itself gives additional points (IDK how much - never bothered to look) to basic 1frag=1point.
Cover means he shot somebody close to flag carrier, defkills means frags near own flag, flagkills means how many times one shot enemy flag carrier iirc.
IDK if grabs give you anything (again, didn't bother to check it), but capping flag gives variable amount of points, basing it on the distance you carried flag inb4 capping it, whether you were covered by anyone, or were alone, or something like that.
To add to what Schizazoid said, the scoring comes from SmartCTF you can check it out in the smartctf readme if you are interested.
I do remember adding 1 point for grabs and maybe increasing the bonus for flagkills so that the balancer could have a better chance to offset multiple dedicated campers but I'm pretty sure I also increased the bonus for captures. I will have to look into it more precisely later it was years ago now that I set it up.
