It's a browser version but it's no where near finished, some people may remember 4,3,2 it had stats websites as well 
This is the 3rd or 4th time at least I've started from scratch for sk5 over the last 5 ish years so don't get your hopes up that it will see the light of day...
I went a bit over the top with spawn killer 4 making it look like UT's menu system, I remember some guy playing for hours at a time which was kind of nice to see, but it did less well overall compared to spawn killer 3 that had simpler menus and didn't have the ctf stuff.
