Before anyone remakes this map, if anyone even want to. Try to enable one option in game settings.
In game console, type - preferences. Select Rendering, then expand OpenGL or Direct3D - depending on which renderer you're playing. Find the OneXBlending option and set it to True. Maybe it will help.

          Yes, I'm using an older version of opengl - utglr34. I use this cause it works best for me. I don't use "embellishments" cause it interferes with the game. All reflections, flashes, glows, additional moving things like waves, flames, detached limbs, bodies, blood and even burns after hitting some obstacles like walls, floors and others, I have turned off. If you often have a headache after playing, throw it all away.

              i like to edit that map for you but im not a proffesional.
              i tried something to get a feel for it, let me know if this is the correct map,
              not really a good map for grapple, maybe it will ruin it? its a rather small map?

                ESUOH DIrect3D9 has the lowest latency, OpenGl looks nicer but Windows 10/11 causes more latency it was briefly fixed, but windows changed something again and it got slightly worse again.

                  Ooper For now i run the opengl on win10 and it runs ok. The maps i played it stays at 165fps stable most of the time. Haven't played comboking and egypt yet. But still going to look for a faster cpu.

                    I'm not sure but I heard something about OpenGL and DirectX. Namely, that one rendering works better with cards from AMD and the other from nVidia. Correct me if I am wrong.

                      im not an advanced mapper, just know some basics.
                      seems its a rather small map, maybe scale it up if its possible? i know there used to be a tool availble to scale maps in its entirety.
                      textures are in the MyLevel somaybe you can change the textures yourself to your liking. i lack inspiration

                      player_0 The latency issue is Windows(M$) related as far as I remember openGL was running 10-20ms slower compared to Direct3D9 at the same fps, I think Higor said limiting fps helps this though but not sure by how much though. The guy that is making a Vulkan driver for UT99 has used a method that involves DirectX11 to then run a Vulkan window to get around the stupid Windows issue with latency, I think there was some talk of doing something similar with OpenGl but I might be wrong.

                      From what I've seen the AMD drivers are just not to the same quality as Nvidia and have some issues going by what I've seen said by AnthraX joking about it a few times. I can't comment as I only used an AMD card for a few days until selling it in a computer as it only had single link DVI meaning I couldn't run at 144hz, it didn't have a displayport, and this monitor can only do 85hz via HDMI so I went back to a GT710 for a while... that could do 144hz even if it struggled to maintain 144fps in UT.

                      maybe you should try to edit the maps yourself? or do you have 0 knowledge of unreal editor?
                      i would love to make something but i dont know what you have in mind.
