It seems you have two separate jitter issues going on. One at verizon close to you and the other overseas starting on level3's network. No wonder you are experiencing bad lag. It's possible that the response Player got from his email to ntt is affecting more than just their network and is also responsible for the issues on level3's as well: https://eatsleeput.com/d/354-sudden-lag-the-last-week-did-a-trace-route

I think your best bet is to try sending an email to verizon with your results just asking that they check into the issue. In the mean time, level3 may automatically fix the problems on the EU side of the connection and/or verizon may reach out to them on your behalf. I would just send the email to swipper@verizon.com unless you are paying for a business class service and then you will get more attention by sending to swipper@verizonbusiness.com Those are the tech contact emails listed for verizon on that number 3 node.

Edit to add additional email addresses they have listed:

OrgRoutingEmail: jebaraj.kennet@verizon.com

I can't be sure but maybe the OrgRoutingEmail is best for this unless again you are paying for business class service.

In my: LINK 1 and jerc's : LINK 2 screenshoots, there are packets lost at the server's node, I repeat my question from the previous comment, because it was ignored, does that mean the server's node has troubles too?

Again, I've been playing a match right now and have suddenly noticed nasty lags / screen jumping (which have lasted 1-2 minutes), then I've quickly looked at WinMTR and it has been showing constant lags about 100 ms coming from THE SERVER's HOP (right-bottom corner) : ANIMATION.

Yes, you should first look at the destination and then follow that up the chain to where the pattern begins. For the last time, I will say that the server has been checked and monitored thoroughly and everything is running as expected.

Looking at the column named "LAST", all previous hops keep mostly around their average, and only the last hop keeps constantly at it's worst: around 100 for a long time, despite it's average is 63, at the same time the lag is occuring in the game.

I've just played a match, and then suddenly can't play another match, because can't join at all, neither as a player nor as a spectator, I know the match/server is running and other players are playing, and the server is not full, and there are slots available, because I've checked on some other websites, but I can't join, wtf is this?

That is your warning for team manipulation. If you continue to disregard the rules the 1-day, 3-day, 7-day ... bans will start next. You will be able to join again after the next match.

Most likely you've just been mistakenly thinking so, because if you ever read my comment here: LINK you'll quickly realise, I've been only trying to balance teams, because no idiots care to do it, those who "team manipulate" are actually those who refuse to balance teams, despite they know that the teams are unbalanced, which means 90% of players on the server.

Not to mention you allow pasting NSFW shit on the forum, despite the forum rules forbid it, and no human would allow such thing to post on public forum, give yourself a warning then.

This was not a mistake.

You attempted to balance the teams with !t, they were +60 difference which is within the 40-80 difference that requires two players to type !t, !teams, or teams to have the balancer make a switch. No other player typed teams so you went to spec waited for teams to be changed then returned. Once you returned, you tried to switch to the winning team with !r. You were prevented from making that switch using the !r command so then you decided to use the ut menus to force the change. A clear case of team manipulation. As a player, you do not get to decide when players are switched nor do you get to force players to be switched beyond typing !teams.

You also don't decide how the rules are interpreted and enforced on the forum. This is the last time I will tolerate you bringing up your NSFW complaint in a thread not related to forum rules. Again, if you want to discuss that start a thread about it.

This thread has obviously run its course and gone off topic twice so it will now be closed. Feel free to start another thread on your connection issues if you wish but please ask yourself privately and give yourself an honest answer of what your actual goal is first: To fix connection issues or to attempt to prove that the server is the problem then title the new thread accordingly, if you choose to make one.
