            player_0 smoker's server (that netherland all weapons grapple ctf) runs on 451. IIRC 469 is better at utilising server's processing power or whatnot.
            Ah, here, Ooper mentioned that:

                  Our admin would definitely like to update it, only that something stands in the way of doing so. It's possible that he doesn't want to update it blindly, for fear of losing the popularity of the server if something goes wrong. Maybe I'm exaggerating a bit and I don't want to speak for him, but it used to be like this before upgrading earlier versions.
                  ...and from what I know, he just doesn't have enough time to interfere thoroughly with such a serious thing as UT on the server lately.

                      If that server is as popular as it is, running as badly as it does, imagine what a good server would do for UT, fake players OP sadly.

                        I know it's nothing but a scam. What am I supposed to tell you? If he is not punished for it, who will stop him? And he certainly approaches it so logically that if there are no consequences for it, he prefers to leave it as it is than to remove this fake gamers mod.

                        Most ppl won't bother getting it and setting/patching it up. Why bother, when they can download any popular shooter and just play it after downloading without looking up info on patches and whatnot.
