i made made some textures from LiandryDocks look like they have snow on them.
if someone likes it you can use them.
found an easy way to make it, just use photoshop magic wand tool then reverse selection and paint it white.

i could make the teamcolored walls with snow then add some snow patches here and there and icicles to complete it, but video is just example/preview.

    Thanks medor. I noticed buggie made this and am planning to test it for adding to the xmas stuff this year. From memory, I think you can specify in the config which actors the snow will be created at. Haven't tried it yet but looking forward to it adding a nice touch to the xmas atmosphere.

        Problem is it only adds snow where the flag is or where you want it to be on a actor. You will need to open the map in ED to find what actor you will want it to snow by.

        Fine I will start a snow map recreation. With help from Covid I think me and him could knock out a strong list of the most played maps.

        The files I have is added once to your system folder and called out by a file in each map. I will get with Covid he seems to like to play with photoshop like me. We only have this week to get any done.

        Snowguy if you want to try that mut go for it. But my adhd and covid might knock out a few maps for ya....

            Looking forward to any new winter edition maps you guys can do. I'd be happy to see even just 1 new winter map. There is always next year if you don't have enough time this year.

                Lets get together and knock out a few winter maps. Snowguy will be adding a new list real soon. When he makes the file edits let smake sure he has a few new files to add.

                Any maps anyone wants us to port to winter? LiandryDocks looks sweet with snow falling and if covid has the textures done I can get that map ready in like 5 minutes. I just need to files from him. Name the map LiandryDocks-Winter and let her rip and Ill add my files to make it snow.

                    Edit I found both files needed.

                    Covid try this trick. When you find a texture you like you can export it. Then import it into the Mylevel pack. This way you do not need so many texture files.

                      why use 28mo inf files ?
                      same for Rthing.utx you probably don't use it full and maybe not use ?

                      I haven't seen if you have a project to reduce the files size to download for players

                      Probably same for CTF-Leviathan-Winter Tree_PACK1.u is not use at all ( not search for the other one).

                        I dont know what you saying, you say the map i uploaded is to big? No idea im not a mapper, maybe something got included somehow in Mylevel, i have no idea how it all works.
                        I included the original jpg and pcx files so anyone can make the map themself importing the texture in original Liandrydocks map. So everything is fixable.

                        Dont know what 28mo inf files are.

                          Don't worry bud I will shrink the files down. I figured I will start including the tree file if I decide to use it.
                          I ran across these files on a map I downloaded. Makes pretty kool snow and has a few nice meshes for trees. Just add it to your arsenal you will need it soon enough lol
